Once you have clicked the button 'Place order' in the shopping bag select the option 'New Customers'.
You can either... Pay immediately using your Credit or Debit card. Complete your personal details and your card details then click the 'Continue' button. You can pay by Switch, Visa debit (Delta), Visa credit or Mastercard. We do not currently accept Electron cards as a method of payment. You will also be asked for the name of your issuing bank for further security. The information from the order form is placed on a secure site which prevents other users from accessing your personal details (see security information). Or, Open a credit account and take advantage of interest free payments over 20 weeks*. To open a new account, select the 'Apply for a credit account' and click on continue. Complete the Personal and Delivery detail form and finally the credit application questionnaire. When opening a credit account, if you place your order before 7pm, Monday-Friday or 6pm, Saturday-Sunday, we will try to get back to you within 2 hours to let you know if your application has been successful. *(Credit is subject to status and written quotations are available on request). Standard Delivery Place your Internet order before 10am and all items in stock will be delivered FREE within 48 hours.* This service covers most areas and product ranges.
If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, and you have not been informed of this before you place your order, we will contact you to agree alternative arrangements. If however you wish to cancel your order, a full refund of any monies paid will be sent to you within 30 days.
Delivering Larger Items Other orders will be delivered free within 10 working days. Larger items (such as furniture) may take longer to deliver and will require a suitable delivery date to be arranged between you and the carrier. If this is necessary a Customer Services Adviser will contact you.
