Gold - £199.00 - An Internethomes agent will come to your home, collect all the property details and erect a For sale board. Property will be advertised on Fish4homes, This is London, Asserta homes, Propertyfinder. (all prices include Vat@17.5%) Are there any hidden costs? There are No hidden costs, The amounts are one off fees no commission is payable after the sale of your property. How does Internethomes keep the cost so low, when Estate agents are charging thousands of pounds for a similar service? Internethomes offers the private sale option and does not have the same costs as an Estate agent. What if I am already using an Estate agent and have a sole agent agreement? How long will my property be advertised on the Internethomes site? Your property will be advertised and marketed until sold How do buyers find the web site? How did you find us?, word of mouth, search engines, newspaper articles, for sale boards. How do buyers contact me for viewing? Potential buyers have the option at the bottom of your house details to Request a Viewing. They can email you with their contact details or telephone us and we will past the information on to you. Your details are not given to the potential buyer, it will then be up to you to contact them to make arrangements for viewing. How do I value my property?
