What are the full costs and packages that Internethomes provides?

Internethomes currently provides two service options:

Silver - £99.00 - The seller provides all the property details i.e. photographs, measurements etc. Property will be advertised on Fish4homes, This is London, Asserta homes, Propertyfinder.

Gold - £199.00 - An Internethomes agent will come to your home, collect all the property details and erect a For sale board. Property will be advertised on Fish4homes, This is London, Asserta homes, Propertyfinder.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are No hidden costs, The amounts are one off fees no commission is payable after the sale of your property.

How does Internethomes keep the cost so low, when Estate agents are charging thousands of pounds for a similar service?

Internethomes offers the private sale option and does not have the same costs as an Estate agent.

What if I am already using an Estate agent and have a sole agent agreement?

The following is quoted from The Office of Fair Trading, their web site can be found at: http://www.oft.gov.uk/

Sole agency The estate agent is the only agent with the right to sell your property. If you find a buyer yourself, you don't have to pay the estate agent's commission although you may still have to pay for advertising or a 'For Sale' board.

If you change from one agent to another, there may be a period when both agents' commissions are due if your property is sold.

Sole selling rights The estate agent is the only person with the right to sell your property. It is different from sole agency: if you find a buyer yourself, you still have to pay the estate agent.

Should I inform my Estate agent I will be advertising my property privately?

Yes, but make sure if you use an Estate agent and you decided on a sole agent agreement it is only a sole agent agreement and not sole selling rights, or you may still have to pay the agents fees even if you find a private buyer. (See: What if I am already using an Estate agent and have a sole agent agreement?)

Internethomes covers all of all the world, main areas include - England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

How long will it take before my property is advertised on the web site?

If you have opted for the Gold Service, your property will be advertised within 72 hours of a representative collecting your details. On the Silver Service again it will be displayed within 72 hours, if you opt to send the details by post, because we are more dependent on the mail service we estimate five to seven working days.

How long will my property be advertised on the Internethomes site?

Your property will be advertised and marketed until sold

How do buyers find the web site?

How did you find us?, word of mouth, search engines, newspaper articles, for sale boards.

How do buyers contact me for viewing?

Potential buyers have the option at the bottom of your house details to Request a Viewing. They can email you with their contact details or telephone us and we will past the information on to you. Your details are not given to the potential buyer, it will then be up to you to contact them to make arrangements for viewing.

How do I value my property?

Internethomes does not give valuations however we have provided you with a section on valuing your home. Price advice remember: Your home is worth whatever someone is prepared to pay for it.

What are the potential viewing figures for the Internethomes web site?
